Topkapi Paula's was our 3rd booking through Headout. The process went very smoothly. Any glitches were quickly and easily resolved. The tour guides are extremely nice, helpful, and informed. Topkapi Palace is very big and extensive. We pooped out without getting through everything but that's ok. We loved what we saw. I point out that these days you may have people who behave entitled. The guards and ushers in the museum are quick to correct those who break the rules. As it should be.

We really enjoyed our tour to the palace. Our guide Gamze was informative and very nice. She accommodated the need of everyone in our group and guided us through the palace at ease. She even suggested other trips through her company and helped us make the reservations. It made our trip a lot more informative, interesting and ease.

I booked a combi tour Topkapi Palace and Cistern Basilica. The day before I received a WhatsApp message providing details of where to meet the guide and optional times to visit the Basilica which helped to plan our day. Our guide for the Palace did not have a strong voice so having to compete against other visitors and guides did make audio difficult. The guide at the Cistern Basilica did not stay with our small group very long and again it was difficult to hear what he was saying over other guides. The skip the queue concept proved to be invaluable though as all attractions had very long ticket and entry queues and we jumped the lot. In hindsight I would just pay for audio guide and not a physical person.

Skipping the queue was really handy and having the guide was great. Just to manage expectations he got us through the security areas and then told us a bit about the history of the palace and surrounds. That was great. He pointed out significant collections to go to but didn't take us there himself. That makes sense given it's only a one hour tour. It's a big complex and a lot to see. There were no audio headsets either so you really had to get close to listen which was a bit difficult in a big group.

De tour was prima. De matige review is vanwege de slechte ontmoetingsplek (Topikapi Cafe). Ons plan was om daar te ontbijten (tussen 9:00-10:00 uur), want onze tour zou om 10:00 uur beginnen. Echter, er was geen ontbijtmogelijkheid. De bediening zei ons een kwartier te wachten, maar na een kwartier bleek er alsnog geen ontbijtmogelijkheid. Bovendien waren de cappucino's schofterig duur (7 euro per kop). Ik zou hier wat aan doen, want het straalt af op de tour.

Unclear instructions on where to collect the audio guide. Asked a security personnel inside on where to get them and by then it was not possible to get them. FYI, it's at the ticket office near the entrance. The audio probably makes up half the experience for those interested in history.

The tour guide was the worst ever. He was brief and short couldn't remember what was to be said. He was talking with another tour person all the time and had no interest in having a pleasant experience. A waste of money and a bad experience on what could been an important part our trip as this castle is so important. We paid to get information and didn't have it.

I booked a combo guided tour Hagia Sofia and Topkapi palace, few days before arrival. Booking was incredibly easy and the payment quickly. We was about to miss our trip because of a bunch of airplanes delayed, but finally we did it safely. First tour was to Hagia Sofia, at 10.00 am, with a great girl guide named Buse. On time, great organized, pleasant people. We was more than thankful for it. The second tour, with another guide, Denis, also a great guy, at Topkapi, 12.00 am, needed more than 2 hours. We definitely recommend headout in Turkey, easy to access and trustful!! Enjoy it!

it was very well organized with good explanation about the palace. The group was just too big for one guide to handle. there were almost 30 people which is too much for the guide to handle. the guide let us enter in the harem section and then disappeared without saying good bye which is very unprofessional.

Seamless experience. Make sure you go into the cafe, which is the initial meeting point. The two locations have separate tickets. So, you can take your time for the Basilica Cistern and then have a break before you head for the Topkapi Palace tour. Worth the money, especially with the skip-the-line entry.

We had an audioguide for the Basilica and the palace but were not able to use it in the basilica for there is no mobile network connection there. That is of course a shame when one downloads an audioguide in advance and pays for it. In the palace, however, the live guide was very good and knowledgeable. The tickets really were skip-the-line which worked very well.

The Skip the line feature was a great idea. As a solo traveler it is not fun to stand in line alone and wait. I will gladly pay to not stand around in endless lines. There was a bit of confusion about the meetup point. I made it to the designated meet up point in plenty of time for the 10am tour. But then was told my Palace tour meet up point was at a different location. Then was told after my palace tour to return to the initial point at noon for my cistern tour. While on the palace tour, the guide urged us to explore the palace for a few hours after the tour ended . I asked him how I could do that and still make the cistern tour at noon. He told me I could go to 2 or 4 pm tours instead. That was a relief to hear. But if I had been told about the 2 and 4 pm tour options for the cistern I would have been more informed planning my day.

Good option if you want to skip the long lines and access the venues rapidly. Guides were very knowledgeable and open to answering questions. We got plenty of time to visit both locations. For Topkapi Palace we were given headphones so we could stay behind and take pictures and still hear the guide. At the meeting point, it wasn't clear who the contact people were - only one was holding the HeadOut flag; the other was dressed normally and it's only when we asked the other guests waiting that we got to know there were 2 people verifying reservations. Found out at Topkapi Palace that the visit of the harem was not included in our package . We were given the option to pay on the spot to continue with the guide but we chose not to take it. I feel it was not made clear during the booking process that some parts of the visit were not included ; I understood i was booking for the whole package and not a limited one.

We've skipped the lines for tickets. Especially at Cisterna. Super fast entry. At Aya Sofia there was a line for security and entry. But was fast enough. Good choice we bought the tickets online. Saved a lot of time and no more waiting in the heat and sun.

Acquistare i biglietti on line è stato facile, intuitivo e veloce usufruendo di prezzi più vantaggiosi rispetto ad altri siti. Il salta fila ci ha permesso di entrare immediatamente nell'attrazione utilizzando la corsia preferenziale dedicata agli acquisti on line che era praticamente vuota mentre le altre due erano piene di persone con file lunghissime. L'utilizzo dell'audio guida è stato facilissimo e molto intuitivo però solo dopo il prezioso aiuto che ci ha dato l'assistente del Support Team all'ingresso della Basilica Cisterna impostando correttamente il cellulare con molta disponibilità e cortesia. Grazie, è stato fatastico utilizzare Headout!

Il punto di ritrovo è vicino all'ingresso principale facilmente riconoscibile. La guida serve SOLO per entrare all'interno del palazzo e non da istruzioni né biglietto per visitare la zona dell'Harem. Attenzione a questo aspetto in quanto Harem risulta essere a pagamento extra e se non muniti di biglietto non fanno entrare. Chiedere subito alla guida istruzioni!!

Quick and simple selection of attraction we would like to visit, other than Headout allow you to select each attraction, it also enable you to choose how many attraction per day to visit. We only select 1 attraction a day. This allow us to go in the morning and finish just before noon which is pretty hot in July. We head back to hotel to shower and take a nap 😴. Then head back out after 6pm for dinner and visit attraction to take pictures only from the outside. Sunset and night scene looks very different comparing it to day scene especially at Blue Mosque.

We loved the beautiful palace at the impressive location at the Bosporus. The palace is well preserved. Information about the harem could be more informative, there were for instance no stories about the harem. The ticket service also could be better. First it was not clear where to get the Headout tickets. We got the tickets from a guide, but the guide only accompanied us to the palace but did not follow us into the palace. So we did not get more information from the guide after entering the palace. In spite of these points of criticism the overall impression was great, we are glad we have visited this very impressive beautiful palace.

The experience at the Basilica Cistern is incredible. I purchased tickets that allowed me to enter without waiting in line, and I was able to get in quickly. The basilica is marvelous, with stunning lights and artistic displays to enjoy. On the downside, there's no mobile signal inside the cistern. Although I had downloaded the app for a virtual guided tour, it wasn't available within the basilica. It would have been very considerate of them to inform visitors of this when purchasing tickets. So, you could decide whether to listen to the guide before or after entering the basilica. Alternatively, providing an option to download the guide for offline use would be ideal. Despite this, I highly recommend visiting the Basilica Cistern.

Easy to get there and apart from the initial part where the tour guide needs to lead you into the harem area, you are free to look around at your leisure. Audio guide app doesn't work but you can download a guide from the website although sometimes the areas can get confusing.

The skip-the-line ticket is worth every penny. We were quickly inside and were able to enjoy the beautiful basilica without waiting in line. Buying and paying for tickets online is easy. I highly recommend it. The basilica itself was incredible. It's nice to see a piece of history and enjoy the beautiful views.

The Basilica Cistern is impressive. Is beautiful, incredibly stunning. To visit is a must while in Istanbul. Using the "skip the line" tickets was the best. From bying and downloading the app and walking in took us less than 10 minutes while the line to buy the tickets was very long. We did not do any line or waiting or nothing. We highly recommend it.

So glad we found these online tickets! We visited later in the day, which meant limited remaining open time, so we only had to wait in the long security line. Ww would have liked to have more guidance, or an escort, regarding where to go after picking up the tickets, but we figured it out. The audio tour was only for one person and there were two of us, so that was only OK. That said, getting to visit the Hagia Sophia was wonderful and well worth the effort to get there.

Arrived a few minutes after 9am opening to find a line half way up the block, but then realized I chose the SKIP THE LINE option, I breezed in. There are two lines, one along the wall and the other STL option right next to it but sort of street side. I was maybe one of the first 20 people in the door Very pleased I went with that option. A tiny bit disappointed that the downloaded audio didn't work, I had listed to it the night before so I had a good idea what to expect, but would have been nice if it had worked as advertised.

Ulaşım kartı çok iyi, 5 seyahat içeriyor ve daha sonra bunları herhangi bir ulaşım aracının makinelerinde şarj edebilirsiniz. Sesli rehberler çok iyi. Tek dezavantajı, Sultanahmet Camii'nin rehberli turunun buna değmemesi, İngilizce olması ve çok fazla açıklama yapmamaları.
